We keep all of your personal information in systems that have restricted access to them. This means only certain people in our company are able to see it, and it’s on a need to know basis. Financial data is always processed through Chase Bank and no secure billing information is ever handled by us directly. Finally, data we store about your project is kept internal and is also only shared with those working on your project.
4. What we use your data for
We use your data to give you estimates, schedule you, to complete your painting project, to process the payment for your project, and for marketing and promotions. The marketing promotions is only marketing for our company to let you know of the best deals when they happen. It is not shared to any external marketing lists or any other company trying to advertise to you.
5. Your rights
You have to right to request to see any of the data we have stored about you at any time, have it adjusted to be accurate, or have it deleted. You also have the right to opt out of us using your data to send you promotions.
6. How long we keep your information for
We only keep financial information on file until payment is made and finalized for your project, after that we don’t hold on to it. We hold on to customer information forever in a customer database. We also hold onto pictures and documents such as scope of work, contracts, photos of the project forever.
7. Notification of updates
If any updates are made to this policy, all customers in our customer database will be notified by email if on file.
