These promotional offers are valid for residential properties only and apply to new contracts signed within the promotional period. Promotions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated in writing. Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. All final pricing is determined by written estimate.
 

Free Interior Wall (On the House)

“Get 1 FREE Interior Wall in EVERY Room”

Offer Details

• One (1) standard interior wall painted free per eligible room.

• Full repaint of remaining walls in the same room is required.

• Free wall must be located within the same room being painted.

Eligibility & Limitations

• The free wall will be selected and designated by the company at the time of estimate.

• Promotional free wall applies only to walls painted the same color as the remaining walls in the room.

• Accent walls are not eligible.

• Walls requiring multiple colors, striping, decorative techniques, specialty finishes, or custom applications are not eligible.

• Wall must be:

  • Flat drywall

  • No higher than 10 ft

  • No wider than 12 ft

  • Standard access (no stairwells, vaulted areas, scaffolding, or lift equipment required)

• Walls requiring excessive prep, repair, wallpaper removal, skim coating, heavy patching, or specialty access are excluded.

• Ceilings, closets, trim, doors, and baseboards are not included unless separately listed in estimate.

• Room must include a minimum of two (2) additional billable walls.

Bedroom Bundle Promotion

Offer Details

When booking a full bedroom repaint, customer receives:

• One (1) standard wall painted free (company selected)

• Baseboards in that bedroom painted at no additional charge

• One (1) Touch-Up Kit (retail value $199)

Eligibility & Limitations

• Applies only when all primary bedroom walls are included in the estimate.

• Free wall must match the primary wall color of the room.

• Accent walls are not eligible for the promotional free wall.

• Free wall subject to the same size, access, and condition limitations listed in the Free Interior Wall promotion.

• Bedroom defined as:

  • Standard residential bedroom

  • Maximum 12 ft x 14 ft

  • 8–10 ft ceilings

• Baseboards must be structurally sound and paint-ready.

• Does not include:

  • Crown molding

  • Window or door casing

  • Chair rail or additional trim

  • Carpentry repair or wood replacement

• Excessive prep, caulking beyond standard prep, or repairs are billed separately.

• Touch-Up Kit provided after final payment is received in full.

Exterior Painting Spring Special

Customer must choose one (1) of the following promotional options. Promotions may not be combined.

Option A

“75% OFF One Side When You Book a Full Exterior”

Offer Details

• 75% discount applies to the lowest-priced qualifying side of the home.

• Full exterior repaint of all sides is required.

Eligibility & Limitations

• “Side” defined as one continuous exterior elevation.

• Discount applies to labor only unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Surface must be paint-ready.

• Does not include:

  • Detached garages

  • Fences

  • Decks

  • Sheds

  • Outbuildings

• Rotted wood replacement, carpentry repair, heavy scraping, specialty coatings, or excessive prep are not discounted.

• Minimum full exterior project value may apply.

• Weather conditions may affect scheduling and eligibility.

Option B

“35% OFF All Trim Painting”

Offer Details

• 35% discount applies to exterior trim painting when bundled with a full exterior repaint.

Trim Includes

• Fascia

• Soffits

• Window trim

• Door trim

• Corner boards

Eligibility & Limitations

• Full exterior repaint is required.

• Discount applies to labor only unless otherwise stated.

• Trim must be paint-ready and structurally sound.

• Does not include:

  • Wood replacement

  • Rot repair

  • Custom millwork

  • Specialty coatings

  • Caulking beyond standard prep

• Minimum project total may apply.
